i dont know much about cars, but my dad is trying to find the torque specs for a 1988 toyota corolla. he said something about 4 cylinder, 4A-F? i need the head torque specs. we do not have a manual, and i have had a very hard time finding one online.
according to alldata.com which is a program we use here at the dealership... the torque specs for the 4A-F head bolts is 44ft-lbs.
Would you really trust the info on here for something that critical?? So many time the correct answer goes unselected while the votes go to someone with incorrect or dangerous "info". Go look them up yourself. Also, why bother cluttering up the question with the year or engine information. Or even if its gas or diesel.
